The show starts out with a preview of the Pentagram Challenge match coming up next week with Italian Roc defending his title against Dave Jumper, Manslaughter, Mexicutioner, and Axel Kaiser. It is announced that in the Main Event we will see Jumper, Manslaughter, The Mexicutioner, and Axel Kaiser square off against the Masters of Blood, the Heavyweight Champion Italian Roc, the tag team champions Big Crazy and Rowdy Richie and Tank Sinatra.

The first match of the evening pitted 5 different tag teams against each other in a 10 man, tornado tag team match, the winners getting a title shot at Rowdy Richie and Big Crazy's Tag Team titles at The Pentagram challenge. The Mates, The Twin City Saints, The Renegades (Jeb Hickory and Ivan Brznev), The Perfect Storm, and Mayhem and Rage Hammer went fast and furious, but end the end Marcus Claudaine pinned Pace to earn themselves the title shot.

Backstage we see Colossus, watching the Twin City Saints Celebrate on a monitor backstage as the Masters of Blood surround him. Richie comes and gets eye to eye with the big 7 footer.

Rowdy Richie: Real cute the way you or Viceroy or Richmond or whoever had a little distraction in my match last week to cost me a shot at Pentagram Challenge. After the beatdown we gave to you at Warzone, I understand you felt the need for a little retaliation so trust me this is far from over.

Colossus: Hold on their big boy, I had nothing to do with that distraction. But I have a sneaky suspicion I know who did. I've been dealing with them waaaaay longer than you have and believe you me....they never go down without a fight.

Colossus taps Richie on the shoulder as he brushes past the other members of the MoB.

The next match was another 5 way match setting up for a challenger for the National Title at in this match Damon Reid fought Levi Carmina, CPL Punishment, Ted Lavigne and BeeHeMoth for the right to face Dick Shrader at The Pentagram Challenge. In the end the multitime champion CPL Punishment pinned Ted Lavigne to earn the victory.

It was announced that at the Pentagram Challenge there will be a 20 man battle royal, the winner of the battle royal will get the prestigious 30th spot in the Survival match.

The main event turned into a brawl even quicker than was expected. But during the middle of the brawl the lights went out once again and lightning struck on four ring posts. When the lights came back on the Lords of Asgard, Oden, Thor, Loki and Sue had inserted themselves in the middle of the brawl. All 12 people were still brawling in the ring as Thrill went off the air.
