With one week to go until 'Sabotage' a few matches were still left with question marks.
That was remedied at Thrill live from Mattoon, IL.
The match that lead off the night was a tag match involving the two men who will be battling over the National Title at Sabotage. Italian Roc and BeeHeMoth squared off with Dave Jumper and Dick Shrader. Dave Jumper went off on the ring announcer for not introducing him as 'Grand Slam' Dave Jumper. Jumper was still arguing with him as he got into the ring. Little did Jumper know that the bell had already rung, Italian Roc rolled up Jumper and got the quick 3 count on Jumper with help from the distraction! Roc and BeeHeMoth celebrated up the ramp as Jumper was seething.
Damon Reid was backstage, sitting on a bench.
Reid: You don't know much about me yet. All you know is that I came here and immediately put myself on the map. I'm saw this coming, for I am the prophet. I know things before they happen, it gives me an unfair advantage I know. But I am here to continue to win, and win I shall at Sabotage, regardless of my opponent.
Axel Kaiser and CPL Punishment didn't even get started as Axel Kaiser refused to fight CPL Punishment until he got his heavyweight title shot.He berated Richmond and Manslaughter for messing with his career and attacking him, ruining his opportunities. CPL Punishment was awarded the victory.
Damon Reid's opponent at Sabotage was determined in a match between Levi Carmina and Rage Hammer. Carmina almost secured the victory, but Rage Hammer hit a stunner and a styles clash for the victory.
Donald Dodge Dodson came out and stated that he was coming for the title again. He respects Manslaughter's reign, but he ended CPL Punishment's reign and he will end his. Manslaughter comes to the ring, stares down Dodson. Dodson prepares for a fight, but Manslaughter signs the contract and exits.
In the main event, the LoA/MoB rivalry continued with a match for the #1 contender for the tag team title. Rowdy Richie and Big Crazy squared off with Oden and Thor. Rowdy Richie hit the End of the Line on Oden and picked up the victory! The Twin City Saints came to the stage and held the titles up to the Masters of Blood as Thrill went off the air.
